Held annually in Huntington Beach, the Surf City Derby Party brings together hundreds of guests for an unforgettable Derby celebration.

With that in mind, here are a few HELPFUL TIPS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION to make your event experience the most incredible it can be!

  • The Huntington Beach Sports Complex is a 45-acre, open-air facility located at 18100 Golden West St in Huntington Beach, CA. The derby event can be found at the fields right behind the batting cages off of Golden West St., “Turf Fields A and B”. Check the below link to the map for further details. There are restrooms provided for your convenience.

  • In accordance with California law, it is mandatory for each individual to present a valid 21+ ID. Without this identification, entry into the event will not be permitted. Your physical ticket is helpful but not mandatory. Staff at the door can look up your reservation.

  • Upon entering the event, attendees agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

    Indemnification: Attendees acknowledge and agree to indemnify and hold the Rotary Club of Huntington Beach, its members, staff, sponsors and Venue harmless from any and all loss, costs, expenses, or damages with respect to any injury to person or property of any kind.

    Force Majeure: This event is Rain or Shine! The Rotary Club of Huntington Beach shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance under this Agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control. Such causes may include but are not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, public enemy, civil unrest, labor disputes, labor or material shortages, or restraint by court order or public authority (whether valid or invalid).

    Disclaimer: The Rotary Club of Huntington Beach reserves the right to make changes to the event at any time, including but not limited to entertainment, schedule, location, and ticket cost. The Rotary Club of Huntington Beach will provide a reasonable substitute of similar style and value for any such changes. Attendees should be aware that the Rotary Club of Huntington Beach has the right to use photos and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, before, during, or after the event.
